With our Compliance COCKPIT, we support companies and organizations in building their digital compliance programs—making the complex simple. As a Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of our flagship product, driving innovation at the intersection of compliance, usability, and enterprise needs.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market—to deliver a product that’s powerful, intuitive, and trusted by enterprise customers.
 

Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

• Drive the strategy – with clarity and focus! Help define and execute the product strategy for our Integrity Line product—covering areas such as detailed case and investigation management, integrations and data flows, and user and access management. Understand customer and enterprise requirements around security, scalability, and ease of use, and ensure your roadmap reflects those needs. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive adoption and strengthen our enterprise readiness.
• Dig into customer problems! Engage with enterprise customers to uncover their real-world challenges in case and investigation management—from how they track, collaborate on, and resolve cases to how data, permissions, and workflows support those processes. Translate these insights into clear, scalable product improvements that make complex compliance work simple and effective. Partner in a Product Trio with Engineering and Design to co-create intuitive, secure, AI-forward solutions that deliver measurable value while balancing flexibility and maintainability.
• Support efficient delivery! Own and drive quarterly objectives focused on high-impact case management initiatives that improve how customers investigate and resolve cases. Define requirements with clarity, write actionable user stories, and manage cross-team dependencies to keep progress smooth and visible. Work closely with Engineering using agile practices to ensure fast feedback loops and high-quality delivery. Prioritize initiatives that enhance usability, streamline workflows, and enable consistency across related product areas.

To succeed in this role:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a focus on enterprise workflows, case management, or complex business processes.
• You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, enterprise-grade products that simplify complexity and drive measurable outcomes for customers.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of how large organizations work—their structures, approval flows, and data needs—and can translate those insights into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
• You are excited to build AI-powered product experiences—working closely with our agentic AI platform teams to identify, develop, and scale practical AI features that improve enterprise workflows.
• You exhibit leadership and ownership—aligning cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving strategic initiatives from idea to delivery.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether presenting to executives, enabling customer-facing teams, or collaborating with designers and engineers.
• You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic, with a passion for making complex systems easy to use and valuable in real-world enterprise settings.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• You excel in an AI-first environment and naturally use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar platforms to accelerate product thinking, execution, and decision-making.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
