YOUR IMPACT

  • You identify and engage the right talents to become passionate EQSers by using a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI-powered sourcing.
  • You enjoy recruiting for different roles and partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • You advise hiring managers on defining role requirements, creating compelling job advertisements, and attracting top talent through effective sourcing and employer branding activities.
  • You create an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction to the final decision.
  • You act as a trusted talent partner throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle—from kick-off meetings and sourcing strategies to interviews and stakeholder management.
  • You stay on top of recruiting trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our hiring strategies and identify new ways to attract exceptional talent.
  • You have a curious mindset and enjoy exploring new technologies. You leverage AI tools in your daily work to work more efficiently, improve candidate experiences, and support better hiring decisions.
  • You contribute to Culture & People initiatives, including process improvements, employer branding, data-driven recruiting, and projects that strengthen our hiring practices and employee experience.

THIS IS YOU

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in in-house recruiting and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on active sourcing within an executive search firm or recruitment agency.
  • You enjoy recruiting for a variety of specialist roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process—from defining requirements to identifying and engaging the right talent.
  • You have experience in sourcing candidates through different channels and know how to write compelling job advertisements that attract the right people.
  • You have hands-on experience working with ATSs, ideally Personio or Teamtailor. You know how to manage applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and well-organized recruitment process.
  • You care about creating an outstanding candidate experience and building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers through your empathetic communication style.
  • You are curious, proactive, and organized. You enjoy exploring new technologies, including AI, and use them to make your work more efficient and continuously improve your recruiting approach.
  • You stay informed about recruiting trends, talent markets, and employer branding best practices and enjoy contributing your ideas to improve hiring processes and attract top talent.
  • You are fluent in English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2). Additional languages are a plus.
